Future Goals
After I graduate, I hope to start a career in human resources within a healthcare or long-term care setting. I’m interested in working in roles that involve hiring, onboarding, and supporting employees to create a positive and productive work environment. I want to use both my healthcare background and HR experience to help improve staff satisfaction and overall patient care. In the future, I also plan to continue growing my skills in leadership and management, and possibly pursue higher-level positions in healthcare administration or HR. My goal is to make a positive impact by supporting both employees and patients in the organizations I work for.
Future Learning and Development
I believe learning is an ongoing process, and I plan to continue developing my skills even after graduation. I am interested in gaining more certifications related to human resources, such as SHRM or other HR training programs, to strengthen my knowledge and experience in the field. I also want to keep improving my communication, leadership, and organizational skills through hands-on experience and professional development opportunities. In the future, I may consider going to graduate school to further my education in healthcare administration or human resources. My goal is to continue growing both personally and professionally so I can be more effective in supporting employees and contributing to a strong and positive work environment.
