Looking back on my internship experience, I am grateful for the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a Human Resources role within a healthcare setting. This internship allowed me to apply what I learned in the classroom to real-life situations, especially in areas like communication, teamwork, and organization. I was able to take on different responsibilities such as scheduling, onboarding, conducting employee satisfaction surveys, and assisting with interviews, which helped me better understand how HR supports both employees and the organization.

 

Throughout the experience, I grew more confident in my abilities and became more comfortable handling responsibilities on my own. I also learned how to adapt in a fast-paced environment and solve problems when unexpected situations came up. This internship helped me strengthen my professional skills and confirmed my interest in pursuing a career in human resources within healthcare. Overall, this experience has prepared me for my future career and showed me the importance of continuous learning and growth.
